Beginning Level Climbing
Day 1: Arrive in Mexico City. Meet as a group. Stay in local hotel.
Day 2: Drive to La Malinche and stay at hut.
Day 3: Climb La Malinch (14,436 ft.). Drive to Puebla. Hotel Stay.
Day 4: Drive to Tlachichuca, and then to the hut at 14,000 feet.
Day 5: Summit day on Orizaba.
Day 6: Drive to Mexico City and have a celebratory dinner.
Day 7: Fly out of Mexico City.
Cost Includes: An AMGA Certified or Trained Alpine Guide in country transportation, hotels, food on the climbs, group climbing, camping and kitchen equipment.
Cost Does not include: International airfare, food in towns or cities, cancellation or emergency evacuation, insurance, costs of a personal nature, or costs associated with flight or trip delays.
Prerequisites: Participants should have prior, basic mountaineering experience, be comfortable with self arrest and walking in crampons and have basic roped climbing experience. If you do not possess these skills or need review, we recommend doing a skills course with us in Colorado prior to your Mexico trip.

Registration and Cancellation: You will need to fill out an International Expedition Application, cancellation policy agreement, and liability waiver, and send it to us with a 50% deposit 60 days before the trip date.
